Data Processing Agreement

The NOVIQ People Data Processing Agreement is being finalised and will be published here once approved. Customers who need it before then can ask through our contact form.

The DPA will govern how NOVIQ IT LTD processes customer employee and HR personal data on the customer's behalf. Under our SaaS Subscription Terms, it forms part of the contractual arrangement where that processing takes place. It will cover:
